At Helping Hands Care and Consultancy we are a team of highly experienced Ofsted and CQC consultants with managerial experience within children and adult care settings, and have a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes. We specialise in training, advising and supporting children's homes, supported accommodation providers and care homes to meet regulatory requirements and provide the highest quality of care.
The team is led by our Managing Director, Steve Brown who is an experienced Operations Director and Responsible Individual.

Helping Hands Care and Consultancy offers specialised consulting services and training to support children’s homes, supported accommodation and adult care providers at every stage of their business.
We believe in a collaborative approach where we have open communication with our clients to understand their needs and engage in joint planning, decision making and action to find solutions that meets everyone's needs.
We offer a wide range of services at Helping Hands Care and Consultancy, across Ofsted and CQC regulated services.
Services include Ofsted registration of new children's homes and supported accommodation, recruitment of part-time Responsible Individuals and Nominated Individuals, meeting Ofsted compliance notices, independent monitoring and audits, regulation 44 visits, independent investigations, safeguarding training, e-learning courses, supervision and coaching.
